B. Freelancer Professional Data
- Job titles, professional bios, and skill sets
- Educational history and certifications
- Ratings, reviews, and order completion statistics
C. Transactional & Financial Data
- Order history including project descriptions and delivery files
- ZainCash transaction IDs
- Wallet balances, escrow funds, and transaction ledger
- ZainCash phone number and name used for withdrawals
D. Communication & Content
- Private messages between clients and freelancers (order-related only)
- Reviews, ratings, and FAQs posted on the platform
E. Usage Preferences
- Language preference (English or Arabic)
- Currency preference (IQD)
- Phone number for account verification

We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only in the following cases:
- ZainCash — to process payments and withdrawals
- Legal obligations — if required by Iraqi law or a valid court order
- Between users — limited profile and order information is shared between clients and freelancers as necessary to complete a transaction
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for the resolution of disputes.

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS and secure cookie handling to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

SkillNoob is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
